WARRANTY INFORMATION

Every Royalbliz watch passes through a highly rigorous quality control mechanism where each and every component of the watch is checked for any defects and abnormality. We are very confident about our quality, craftsmanship and materials and so we cover all our watches with a full 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

THE WARRANTY COVERS THE FOLLOWING SUBJECT TO NORMAL CONDITION OF USE

WHAT WARRANTY COVERS

• 1 year warranty from the date of purchase

• Any defects due to faulty material or workmanship

• Timepiece stops working

• Timepiece is not waterproof anymore

• Straps and bracelets (if color fades)

• All machines related issues i.e., needles or sticks dislodged, timing issues

• Color fade watch (within 6 months).

 

WHAT WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

• Damage caused by abrasion, scraping, careless or neglectful treatment or accidents.

• This warranty does not include wear and alteration to the case, strap or bracelet

• We do not accept claims for damaged displays.

 

NOTE: FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS, THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PERSONALLY COURIERING THE WATCH AND BEARING THE ASSOCIATED CHARGES.
