We want you to love your Royal Bliz watch. If for any reason it's not the right fit, we'll make it right.

1. Exchange
We offer a free exchange within 30 days of purchase. The watch must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

3. Damaged or Defective Watch
If your watch arrives damaged or defective, we cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp +971553552432.

4. Store Credit
If your preferred exchange item is unavailable, we'll issue a store credit for the full value, no questions asked.

5. Refunds
We currently do not offer cash refunds. All purchases are eligible for exchange or store credit within 30 days.
